According to ifconfig, my IP is 192.168.1.64.
However, according to echoip.com, my IP is 94.64.233.22
Could you explain why there are different results?

192.168.1.64 is your local IP, on you local network.
94.64.233.22 is your public IP. It's the IP address given to your Modem by you ISP.
94.64.233.22 will be the Public IP for every computer/device on in your house.

You could use wget or curl to check a site.
try this:
curl "echoip.com"
