Hey its great that you are stopping,well cutting down,but honey don't kid yourself,whilst you have the habit of putting that thing in your mouth,until you stop doing that!!your brain still thinks its light up time,to be successful you have to break the cycle/habit of what your hands are doing not only the nicotine and tar but the action/habit by association,your hands need to do something else,take it from an ex 30 cigs a day guy.I do want to encourage you,but they are selling you a smoke screen
i know that it is a action/habit, and i am putting it to my lips, but with that being said i also know that i am not sucking- inhaling that 3999 harmful, chemicals, toxins that tobacco has in them, and i have more energy and not so tired, and my family and friend r proud of me, and with green smoke i can just take a puff or two and put it away and not have to smoke a hole tobacco cig, Hate to through money away, and thank u for your suggestin but i am not ready yet, deb

that is great, i love hearing succes stories, my mom and dad quit smoking and they used GOD to take it away and he did, and my mom and dad gained about 50lbs, but it looks good on them, deb
