i found that if you have the naked palette from sephora, and do a double winged liner, that putting the color virgin (a matte highlight color) in between the lines, it makes your whole eye look way brighter than before.

Do you have to use liquid eyeliner? I always use a mechanical eyeliner pencil.

@elektra933 I think for pencil you'd have to keep it VERY sharp to get the line to look crisp. Its best to just use liquid though even if its difficult to handle sometimes haha. I loooove liquid!
