its cause they are stupid the nails on the spikes are too close together and all the weight doesnt seem too much to puncture the tire when about 1000s of nails hold it if they were to put less and more seperated atleast to puncure the tire it would work

Hey man, it was probably a slow night for the police. I know if someone stole my livlihood, I'd want as many cops on it as could be! I'd say they did pretty good. Looks like a relatively minor repair job. Way to go Lower Mainland cops!

quite a bit, to have the same effect - 20 cops can stop a vehicle much more easily than two. they've probably got dozens more on roadblocks elsewhere

this semi truck was stolen and being tracked by gps police chase it through 3 citys the chase came to a end when his front tires where spiked by police the chase ended on hwy#1 in burnaby bc.c. one male was arrested
