I'm curious to know how the bike is performing now. Have you cracked a head, broken a piston? No one ever mentions "hydrogen embrittlement". Look it up. When hydrogen meets metal under heat, it can diffuse into the metal, particularly steel, and eventually turns it into Swiss cheese. I'd really, really like to know if this becomes an issue when an HHO generator is used for longer periods of time. Aluminum doesn't suffer this effect, so maybe it never reaches any important stuff..?
Koooool. Planing on doing this myself. Already got 90% of the stuff ordered. But not using PWM. Deceided to see if anybody else did this and here you are. My design is super simple.
Replace all your bulbs with LED versions, replace head lights with Xenon HD lights. Make sure every single filamentous type bulb is replaced with LED versions. Drop on a Pulse Width Modulator to the Hydro, build a boxed dry cell hydro in a plate design of --nnn+nnn-- to produce the correct amount of hydro or more than what is needed, mix the electrolyte/water correctly, insure the PWM is on an ignition turnon and your done. No more trickle charging your battery and gain better MPG.
Try this, i use 2 bateries , 1 is for HHO generator and bike accesories... second battery use only for your starter when you start ur Engine. Put a switch, you will use only the battery when u start ur engine. Just try, this work on my M.bike...
There goes your altenator. They draw about 20 to 30 amps. Need some kind of current limiter circuit or poof. And they dont produce anough for hydrogen only operation. Still need gas for main operation. Just makes it maybe a little more efficient . But on a bike? They already are efficient running. And pretty expensive to screw up.
wow what a nice !! only hho can intake of your motor engine? ther is no combination power suply like for example gasoline and gas?? plz. reply.....thanks

get a lithium ion battery, put it in a bag and tie it to rear seat
if one is not enough, get one more

@popeyeus you're one of those guys who runs on a wheel that is square when the new wheel has been invented and it's round, but decide not to change.
cause somehow u know better

You need to add solar panels to power your electrolysis setup.
