@kaylabaybeexo This is actually a routine that I use for fitness classes, so the move are meant to be repetitious in order for the class to catch on.

Brings us altogether even just for that one hour a day or week or month! shoot, I even have a gal from Iran that takes my class regularly. And a gal from Sweden! It is so cool to see all the diversity. and I have used Latin, French, Indian/Egyptian, American POP and country music, Oldies, u name it. they love it all as much as I and we Zumba instructors, love them! I have been trying to convince her to enroll me in a zumba, hip hop, ballet, gymnastics or even belly dancing because i love these types of dancing including gymnastics but my mum never says YES because she does not get that i am talented at these things and now PLEASE HELPPPP!!!!!!
