I'm baffled by comments about this somehow being above Hollywood standards. This is vapid, blatant emotional manipulation and moronic storytelling. The setting, story and characters are cliched to the point of redundancy and the narrator describes what is happening as it happens because the film maker doesn't think you're smart enough to get it on your own.
