  • impossible to keep your legs straight in fairness, hardest part of the 8 min workout thing... just cant do these at all

  • Try to feel the effort on your abs, if you feel them on your neck you are doing it wrong.

  • @ANGE0L1 no of course not it's an ab workout, don't use your neck use the abs,.... try keeping your chin to your chest..

  • i was having hard time balancing to!

    But then i put my leg to a wall for 1 week while doing this exercise  then i got the hang of it so i can balance you should try see if it helps!

  • how in the world am i gonna do this.... im 13 yrs old and am 55 kg oh what the heck i cant put it up for at least 10 secs tend to put it down..... and the funniest thing is tht i joined ncc in my school and was not able to do a proper push up.... but now I can :)

  • @batman818 exactly the same thing. i have to skip this due to that because I feel that's just wrong. maybe there's some kind of back deformation that makes the neck do that stuff? or am i just doing it wrong. i'd love if some expert replied, because this thing's been killing me...

  • this one is good.. i got 6 pack by doing ab træning and running and eating right... and btw you don't get 6 pack if you just train abs.. you HAVE to be a little skinny befor you even can see your abs!...

  • Regular crunches or sit ups work best on the upper abs.

  • this is soooo easy... i can make my legs very verticle and i dint need to bend that much to touch my ankle with my hand... but it feel's like you are burning a lot of fat just in your abdomenal area....

  • you cant focus on burning at a certain place just by exercising the local muscles..
