@batman818 exactly the same thing. i have to skip this due to that because I feel that's just wrong. maybe there's some kind of back deformation that makes the neck do that stuff? or am i just doing it wrong. i'd love if some expert replied, because this thing's been killing me...
this one is good.. i got 6 pack by doing ab træning and running and eating right... and btw you don't get 6 pack if you just train abs.. you HAVE to be a little skinny befor you even can see your abs!...
this is soooo easy... i can make my legs very verticle and i dint need to bend that much to touch my ankle with my hand... but it feel's like you are burning a lot of fat just in your abdomenal area....
you hav eot relax i know it seems impossible but it actually isnt just dont use your head to pull your body. Remember this is a ab excersise not a neck lol
impossible to keep your legs straight in fairness, hardest part of the 8 min workout thing... just cant do these at all

But then i put my leg to a wall for 1 week while doing this exercise then i got the hang of it so i can balance you should try see if it helps!
