always loved this song..sang it at a karaoke bar the other night.I actually have quite a range and a seasoned voice ( having been a pro singer all my life).. BLEW them away.Kudos all round.Hit every note and then some.But even being a music artist myself i told them with humility"HE wrote the song.. i only just sang it"... cause its a fact... aint it now :)

He played two shows in a row. I was at both and after the first night I thought it couldn't get much better, but it was. Great feeling and a fantastic crowd at the sold out waldbühne. I still shiver when I remember it.

Surprising. I've heard quite a few takes of "Take Me Home" by now, and this one is, in my opinion, the definitive take. Energetic, vibrant - no other take catches up on this one. Many of the later takes, which include bongo drums, lacks rhythm and intensity. Scaled-down versions, you could say.
