well you got that wrong buckko.. that is the cumulus cloud transforming to cumulonimbus.... Nimbostratus are uniform grey and cover most part of the sky as a whole...

there are 2 types of cumulonimbus clouds: the more common one is the cumulonimbus calvus(the inactive one),and the other type is cumulonimbus cappilatus(the one with an anvil or cirrus top)that is in your video.
