I was raised a christian, and my family gave so much to our church. But the pastor and his family ended up embezzling a lot of money from the church. religion isn't what causes problems. people's egos are what is wrong with religion, christianity in particular. not all christians are bad, not all atheists, agnostics, muslims, or any other religious sect is bad. people take things too far, and do things in a higher power's name to justify their wrong doings. that's just my personal opinion though.
Don't automatically think that just because an atheist doesn't believe in God that they'll go to hell. People who go to hell are those who reject God completely. If you aren't convinced that a God exists, how can you reject him? Maybe we as Christians should be doing better at spreading our faith and not judging other beliefs so much. If someone believes in God but rejects his love, that's when God will separate them from him and they'll go to hell. Spread the gospel with love, not judgment.

He also gave us the Bible, some people think its a rule book, but if you break them its not like your going to hell. They say we are to fear God but, why do we have to fear him. He is not our judge he is our father and our friend. So also why go to a place where people think that being a christian mean you must be perfect and if your not it's ok to judge? I see it as being a christianly person means thinking of God as our true friend who is always there for us, not to judge on those who aren't perfect because, we are not perfect our selves true christians are not afraid to screw up because our friend forgives.

People who really do have God in their heart don't judge. The Bible says to love others and to be like Jesus was. Well Jesus doesn't judge. He loves everyone regardless of who they are or what they have done. He loves the sinners just as much as his followers. i love this song so much!! it reminds me of this one time that i went to church in pajama pants, a t-shirt, and my hair completely messed up by the wind. everyone stood there and stared at me and whispered in each others ear. even my friend's parents scolded me for not wearing the "right" clothes to church. i didnt get why they had to judge. i dont really think God cares about what you wear to church...He only cares if you follow Him.

i really agree with the song but this song is not telling you u shudnt go to church u just gotta find the rite church i found this amazing church and im really involved and it help me improve my knowledge of christ, not going to church is ok u can still be just as close but i disagree with some of you that the ppl that go to church r mostly sinners....... every1s a sinner and u dont have 2 go to church 2 be foriven......... we can all love god weather you go to church or not dont.

If everything in the world was perfect, everyone would believe in God.
But God gave something called choices. So we can decide for ourselves if we want to believe or not,and do things we want. He also gave us the Bible, some people think its a rule book, but if you break them its not like your going to hell. He wants you to try and keep them, but when you screw up all you have to do is ask for forgiveness. Its your choice, but i´d go find a good church you may be surprised. (:

They say we are to fear God but, why do we have to fear him. He is not our judge he is our father and our friend. So also why go to a place where people think that being a christian mean you must be perfect and if your not it's ok to judge? I see it as being a christianly person means thinking of God as our true friend who is always there for us, not to judge on those who aren't perfect because, we are not perfect our selves true christians are not afraid to screw up because our friend forgives.

People who really do have God in their heart don't judge. The Bible says to love others and to be like Jesus was. Well Jesus doesn't judge. He loves everyone regardless of who they are or what they have done. He loves the sinners just as much as his followers. As Christians, our job is to accept everyone and show them love, show them God's love. Not discriminate against the lost, but to help them be found. Thanks Christofer Drew :)

i love this song so much!! it reminds me of this one time that i went to church in pajama pants, a t-shirt, and my hair completely messed up by the wind. everyone stood there and stared at me and whispered in each others ear. even my friend's parents scolded me for not wearing the "right" clothes to church. i didnt get why they had to judge. i dont really think God cares about what you wear to church...He only cares if you follow Him.

TOTALLY get what he means, in usual churches people dont feel like they belong because of the status quo churches hold... you can find jesus anywhere, church is just an attempt in the body of christ that is to help your walk with jesus rather than to just let you stand alone. Neither church of person is perfect && i love this song for having a GREAT meaning!
