door while watching TV with their children. It was someone from the constable's office serving a

The police report shows my son, Kurk Banks, was jailed and convicted for attempted murder with a deadly weapon, but he was just trying to scare them when we were being evicted for not paying rent. Then the court forced me to pay thousands of dollars in medical bills for the person injured. It’s all a big mistake, we meant no harm
