In fact it was Vince who brought the nwo back in 2002.

Again the NWO was finished off in99. They also stopped using WCWNWO title around this time. Look it up. Sorry, but you seriously need to do some research. WCW was bought out in March01, they went a long time after killing of the NWO, creating a group called the New Blood which is alot more similar to the MEM story which is where I think your mixed up.
