In my early 20s, I was constantly tired. My government doctor, who tested me again and again and explained 'You have to accept this. This is your body. You're getting older' I was 26. I went to a nutritionist, who explained that I couldn't digest wheat or milk products very well and after that I just changed what I was eating and slowly 'woke up'.

But when I had asked my government doctor if it might be about diet. She said, 'I don't believe in counting calories'. I've always been slim.
