  • I fuckin agree with this guy.

So I can highly commend this book!

  • What about 'Fuk you?'. What's wrong with beans? My book is 'Bollox to that' and it is bollox.

  • F this problem solving collectively find solutions continual inprovement

    read demming debono action shoes

  • he should have said FUCK IT and continued on not stop for 3 times no?

  • don't get in stress just relax and say '' FUCK IT ! '' that's it ! ...

  • If "fuck it" is good, then "fuck you" is even better!

  • words ar word sow fucwit fuck it war god god looks like god looks like

  • Saying "f*CK it!" does not denote inactivity in a chaotic world. It accentuates calm verses stress. Wacking a bicycle chain with a hammer cannot fix what a deep breath, relaxed moment and an easy placement of your thumbs and index fingers can. Why carry stress? Calm is feather light and does not need a roll of tums, some extra strength Mylanta, Pepto, or Xanax to fix it. Stress? "F*CK IT!"

  • I'v had this "fuck it" way of thinking my whole life. Now it's finally a philosophy.

  • Fuck it.

  • I allmost watched this video but then I got high...and said fuck it!

  • I know it works... I have been saying F**ck it for some time now, just realised, that I must be a Guru LOL

Eeeeh...so what, the goverment is trying to kill us...so what, fuck it...??? There was holokaust and you say FUCK IT??? Ok...you are a moron... This is just my opinion.

  • @MrKaruccho yea, you are starting to get the hang of it.

fuck life, its pointless. you die, no big deal.

  • @MrKaruccho you dont get it...fUCk iT.

  • @MrKaruccho hes saying it for things that dont matter or that you can't control. calm down.

  • john C. Parkin claiming monk-like ways with your designer glasses, vneck chest hair shirts YOU ARE A TOTAL POSUER !

  • read this:

    google "radical buddhism ethan nichtern"

  • In this cocoon, the whole world can go to hell, and the meditator can -- put simply -- be ok with that. In fact, the meditator can even be a willing actor in a system aiding great oppression, and still live at ease, because it's "all good" anyway. By practicing "f**k it," we simply become comfortable with the status quo.

  • @thinkahol The book said exactly the opposite of that. Did you either read the book or try the practice before you wrote paragraphs and paragraphs and paragraphs here? If you don't like it, why do you care enough to find the video on Youtube, then write alllllllllll of those words about it? F**ck it.

  • This bastardized Buddhism, in the context of a Western consumer culture, allows the individual to believe he is transforming his mind without actually changing the conditions of suffering that shape the individual's society. This represents a dangerous type of inner peace - a peace not based on true insight into the interdependent nature of reality, but instead based on withdrawal into a mental cocoon, some personal oasis isolated from the turmoil of the world outside.

  • @thinkahol entirely wrong. inaction is the only action. Try not to think of a red elephant. What did you just think about? So, if you want to change evil, you should not offer it much attention, but ignore it to death. Do not feed the system or load it with your value. If you start another (fucking) pressure group, this requires funds and there you go, right back into the hands of the system you so hate. Nomatter what you do actively in the system, you feed it. So...fuck it!

  • Instead of relying on more homogenous "groups" that eventually will be corrupted by their own percieved rightiousness like all groups before them. "Fuck it" advocates that we take matters into our own hands and individuals. Be the best and nicest you can, and when evil adress you say... "fuck you", and when it presents you with ideas or want you to particiate even in the fringe of what it is doing, say; "fuck it".

  • rather, it is your proactive line of thinking that gives us all the problems we have. The belief that we must make everything right (According to our own narrowed moral subjectivism) which in the abstract suggests that people simply dont know any better, and thus they must be saved from themselves. No government ends up more tyrannical than the one that wants to do "good". peace. And....fuck it ;)

  • It allows us to fully participate in the frantic pace of the capitalist game, while sustaining the perception that you are not really in it, that you are well aware how worthless the spectacle is -- what really matters to you is the peace of the inner self to which you know you can always withdraw."

  • This is the perfect spiritual tradition to be co-opted by our self-absorbed, destructive, and consumeristic society. This form of eastern philosophy represents the perfect ideology for passive acquiescence to the world as it is, a panacea of inner peace that fits neatly into an advertising culture where, by now, "be present" could just as well be the slogan of a credit card company as an instruction from a meditation teacher.

  • F**k it, It works, its bloody works!!!

  • I love it! Best promo evar. I'd buy this book if I was employed. I really want to find a job so I can have money. If I think about it I'll get stressed. Fuck it.

  • @healthpracticesucces THANK YOU!! MY FAV WORD IS "FUCK"... IT LITERALLY HAS SO MUCH MORE IMPACT, FORCE, RELEASE OF ADRENALINE,.. I ALWAYS FEEL BETTER AFTER SAYING, "FUCK IT".. DOESN'T MEAN I DON'T CARE ABOUT THINGS, PPL, LIFE... JUST HELPS ME GET OUT MY FRUSTRATIONS SOO MUCH FUCKING BETTER !!!!!! HAHHAHAA..

IT'S LIKE HOLDING UR BREATH TIL U'RE ABOUT TO PASS OUT AND THEN A TREMENDOUS EXHALE !!! IT'S LIBERATING!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ;D

  • Thought about buying the book, but after reading the back cover... just said f**k it.

  • video is funny (not the whole one, just the India part), but as a phylosophy this is pretty dumb. Say fuck it to everything, when you see injustice happened, stupidity around you, just go with the flow, don't change anything, don't find, be a complete vegetable ? Just another product of hollywood and consumerism - don't care about anything, just yourself, think that Australia is the capital of Iraq, and Iraq is a state on Mars, you don't care, don't influence, just fuck it...

  • @Kubilius The physical world is a place of action. The question is are your actions inspired (in spirit) or something else. If you find joy is righting what you see as wrong, go for it. If you are doing it from place where someone told you to because you "should" odds are it will all feel like effort and struggle. If you relax first and allow the inspiration to act will come. The actions you choose will align with your sprit rather than your programming. Makes for a more enjoyable life.

  • @Kubilius Well, its when you gor other extreme. Everyone translates that into their thinking differently, so...

What I have learned from this book(yes, I bought it), is that if something is bothering you (too much), just saying ''fuck it'' to it releases the tension and in the end you can think more rationally, not emotionally as before, to solve the problem. And if something goes wrong, well, fuck it. And lets move on with our life.

  • @Kubilius in another hand what will change if you know the real capital of iraq ?

The idea is that the world is so big and you don't have influence of everything.

    example :

Why would you get mad when you know people slay without pity cow in some place , if whatever you do , you'll not be able to change it.

This idea has nothing new, It's the base of the "stoicism" philosophy

  • you know how many thousands ofguys ( and girls ) have thought of something similar , of any religion

  • Pure Law of Attraction.... The Law of Allowing... no effort... but you DO have to get to the point of being really able to let go! And most people can't do that without attachment... love the profane in spirituality...have you ever seen Osho's fuck discourse? sublime...

  • this guys are proper marketing hyenasss............It is so sad to see these people grabbing on anything to make money and make people distrust for the real healing therapy......................

only one good thing : It might be an oppurtunity for the english chabs, the pub ghisas to approach to spirituality

but I do think the ultimate goals for these two founders it is making money not healing

  • @yokoross Oh, fuck healing already.

  • Awesome. F**cking Awesome. ♥

  • I've almost finished reading the book :)

  • Great idea, however I honestly started saying "fuck it" in college years ago and soon stopped going to school and work. It only left me drunk and broke. It wasn't until I started doing yoga especially Bikram Yoga and meditation that I became healthy and happy! Best wishes!

  • i don't think saying F it had much to do with you being a drunk and broke did it ? i think they were all choices you made for better or worse.maybe saying F it contributed to your state of mind and decision making processes but it didn't make u broke or leave school they were just choices you made from a poor state of mind...just an idea i could be wrong..glad u stopped tho... F it

  • When you say fuck it I'll have another drink you end up drunk. When you say fuck it I'm not going to work you lose your job = broke. When you say fuck it i'm not going to class you fail out of school. That was my situtation, in my 20's, I'm 38 now. In my case saying fuck it never led to anything positive and it totally contributed to my state of mind and decision making process. I don't mean to discourage anyone from reading this book, I wish him well.

  • @roseagain2 u missed the point

  • @MrRedXRob I really get the point. It just didn't work for me in my 20s. Maybe now that I'm more stable and responsible it would work. Maybe now I can say fuck it in a more positive way. I'm sure the book is good.

  • @roseagain2

That's just one way of looking at it. I spent years studying for an exam which I was already ready for, but didn't book it for fear of failing. Then I said "Fuck it, I'm going to book it now" I passed, scored 93%. It would have been a worthwhile experience even if I hadn't passed. Life is about balance, and knowing when to say "fuck it" and what that really means is important, as opposed to saying it yes-man style at anything that turns up.

  • @roseagain2

Also there's a difference between "fuck it I'm not going to work", and "fuck it, I'm doing the best I can at work, and no-one can ask any more of me, so I'm not going to let them get me down."

  • @bluekinglion as the SayinG* GoeS* when you're going thru HELL* Keep GOING:

    dah?

    ^______^ GUzzaS*

  • @bluekinglion Even better, "fuck it! I can leave work when ever I fancy, and am not obligated to it, and am perfectly okay with or without it, thus I have no reason to strain when I'm working, and thus I am more effective.

  • I fuckin' LOVE it!!!

  • i can't wait to start reading it
