I Always did this when i was 10, (im 15 now). Nother helpful tip: if your parents feel your forhead to check tempeture, before you tell them make sure to take some kind of charger that heats up easily and put it where your parents check, but dont overdo, cause if its to hot, they may get suspicios

@tannerblake2002 try chuging a cup of really salty water (do stomach symptoms like in description before the next day) before or wen u usually wake up and it almost instantly makes u sick. if u have weak stomach u will throw up. add soap in eyes bam u have a day or two off

You can also take baby powder and put water in the bottle and a little baby powder and put green+ brown + yellow food coloring mix the colors up good so it is like army green with a touch of brown here and there and in the middle of the night take the bottle take off the cap and fake throw up

Step two, the next day once you wake up for school, run or walk fast to the bathroom as if something bad is about to come up.

Step three, (now this might be gross.) get your cup and scoop the toilet water out and pour it back in loudly while making retching noises so it;ll make the effect that you are vomiting.

(Do it loud though so your parents can here.) P.S, make sure its a clean toilet.

Step 4, enjoy staying home!
