@scoringfilms When I made this I had no idea who Hans Zimmer was .. But I'll take it as a compliment .. lol .. if you want to hear some of my new stuff check out my site
just brilliant 5*****no make that 10********** iv just got EWQL Gold and hope to get my head around it in a way to make some great sounds as you have done once again brilliant
I really like the love for details here. In some points it is very original and uplifting. I think the whole orchestra blends very well and the interaction between all the sections are very well done :) *5/5
I have a question, What EWQL have you used? Because there is the Gold one, Silver, Platinum... and then a play one.... etc... What are the differences, -te price!!-- but... I want to buy some virtual instruments but I'm not sure witch one... TKs
I don't know which version Thediegmyster used, but all of them use Play (the sample engine). The main difference between silver and gold is the number of articulations in the instruments. Silver has much less than gold, but the ones it has sound just as good. It is what I use. The biggest difference between Gold and Platinum is the 3 mic positions you get with Platinum.
very rawwkin decision!!! I'm glad helped you make up your mind!!! .. this program is totally rad dude!! ... when you get it .. let me know if you need any help! ;D
really really awesome,.I was wondering on something ,. can you put in any music in EWQL?? if so could you help me compose some music ,. i have made a song from two existing scores, but the first part could be done better but since i dont have EWQL,. it sounds a bit synthy,. could you help me with it and probaly make it sound a little better?
Great job man! I like using EastWest Orchestra as well. There's so much you can do with it, and I'm still experimenting with different styles myself. Keep up the good work....this is awesome!
i know dude eastwest is just amazing!! .. i just got the choir so im thinking of adding them in this piece too! .. we'll see what happens! .. but thanks for checking it out dude!!!
wow dude! this piece rocks man!! I love the change ups in tempo between the sections and especially the switcheroos to 9/8 in the second section...really like the 3rd section with the ominous double-basses... it's a really nice contrast to the more intricate earlier sections and just plain sounds so damn cool! I can't wait to hear the full piece!! my turn to be inspired! :)
Very Nice website . I will wait for more music.
You can check out my stuff if you like at filmscore(dot)nl It's still in dutch but the music is universal ;0) Keep up the good work. Cheers Arthur

Why does it always sound like Hans Zimmer, and you are not the only one.
Like your score, but i like to hear some of your own style. :0)

Bring your Cello's and Contra's a little more upfront so the resonance/reverb is more toward the rear.
Simply add that little bit of chorus I mentioned in "New Song" and turn their volume up. Sometimes tinkering with the eq can help.
Believe me, it takes years to master making VST's sound real as I'm still learning.
I'll say it again: Gold is not the best vst to work with so I give you a lot of condolence there, but it's a great on-a-budget pack!
5* for the story behind the music!!

This has helped me make my decision to go with eqwl. Very realistic. And good composition as well.
