They had problems with the cables in production (like 500km cables, some were too short in parts which arrived at factory). Just recently Airbus announced, that they have fixed those problems now and going to double their production from 10 to 20 planes a year.

theoretically... the air flowing over the wing travels at a greater speed than the one under (this is what produces lift), the increase in velocity lowers the pressure of the air which consequently also lowers it's temperature. so what you are seeing is visible moisture.

Yeah, it's really that quiet inside. They designed a new shell for the engine that reduces noise, and they made the walls super-thick from noise too.
