Good luck. I recently encountered one who didn't match the circumstances. Through an irrelevant, third-party conversation, I discovered that the person was trans, pre-ftm.

No big deal for me, as it was the third person that I have directly known - and I don't know loads - who had gender-identification issues (2 ftm, 1 mtf).

Get over it, world. It exists.

Interesting side note, YTuber Jeydon Wale has come out as pre-ftm; he cosiders it a birth defect, which makes as much sense as anything else.
