thankyou heaps :D i love her. we came 4th and we were on the very outside i barely kept my leg on the whole race so i think we did good. i wasnt too fussed about winning i was doing it for fun :D i have tones more video's of her, we have improved heaps now. started riding a bit bareback and bridless without a halter so will have more videos of that soon. thanks again

what is it like riding a donkey? are they smooth?

they are like horses. they can be smooth and they can be bumpy. really the only difference is the way you have to go abput them. with donkeys they are proven to be more intelligent than horses (which can be a bad thing when your trying to get a donkey to do something). they constantly think and try to find an easier way. thats y the saying "stubborn as a donkey" comes it. they refuse to do anything that they dont see benefiting them. thanks :) any other questions just ask :)

njika is the same with the saddle thing. i usually have a friend hold down the other stirrup as i get on. well we were placed in every event we were in, came 4th in the race and were on the outside so i am so proud of njika. njika won, led jenny over 3, champion jenny, and supreme champion donkey we also came 1st in fancy dress & one other thing but cant remember. we came out with 10 ribbons and a trophy. :)

thanks :). well she was broken in already but green and extremely headstrong so all i did was do alot of steering excercises, work on her speed, voice commands & lots of praising her for good behaviour. she is still as stubborn as a donkey but shes going pretty well. I'm not sure what u mean by "No bucking!". thanks again :)
