I'm sorry to say and with much respect, DJ Lanre, this is poor interviewing, very poor -- what's with sucking up to this artist [D'Banj] (who seems rather arrogant too! Wouldn't even want to give a shout/out).

It seems like Africans can't see themselves as being successful independent of Western influences, if we can, a so called African artist doing a collab with Snoop Dogg is not something brag-worthy.

The problem I'm point at is, this interview is presuming these folks are an exception, they are not and encouraging their arrogance.(was DJ Lanre scared to ask meaningful questions or just naive?).
