Thai massage is very relaxing and rejuvenating, but it's not much of a therapy. It's Sen theories are too "soft" to be taken seriously in a scientific sense. Leave it what it is: an enjoyable experience makes you feel good.

My ex-girlfriend was Thai and she'd ask me if I wanted to have sex or a massage. I usually chose a massage. She'd light candles and put on some soft music and she'd give me this amazing massage. I'd always fall asleep. Thai massage is the greatest!

Very fluid and methodical instruction. One of the best on YouTube! Thai massage looks much more involved than Swed. massage. The typical spa massage doesn't seem to do anything for me anymore and leaves me feeling like I've had just a rub down. That goes for most of the "deep tissue" massages I've received. I'll see if I can't find a good local Thai massage place and give it a shot.
