  • Amazing! Would you recommend an electribe to a beginner? If so, which one?

  • Tough question. Overall the ER is simplest (being a drum machine), but you have to be creative if you don't want to get bored of it. The more creative you are, the more fun you will have with it. If you enjoy making interesting beats with interesting sounds and playing around with drum synthesis, the ER is for you. The EA of course is more like a normal synth but it's limited compared to real synths. The ES is also great, but it might be a bit too advanced for a beginner.

  • Hm. Where can I find an ER? They're kinda old, IIRC?

    Thanks

  • Yeah they're not in production anymore, I'd look on eBay. That's where I got my EA1.

  • I thought so... I don't buy things from eBay. I don't like buying used things in general.

Thanks for all the help! :-D

  • Reminds me of u-ziq in a way. Keep it up dude!

  • dude you are sick !

  • Awesome track! One of my alltime fav!

  • Thanks! I don't really like this one though :p

  • respect.

  • how do i connect my XENYX 802 to my computer ?

  • See my response in the Self Employed video :)

  • This is brilliant :D

i have a xenyx 802 and was wondering if you knew how i would plug in a miniKP to efect all channels? thanks x

  • Use the FX send and return.

  • How you get such a quality sound from your electibes is amazing. sounds so good.

  • This is actually my least favorite video. Thanks for enjoying though, I'm glad at least someone likes it.

  • Excellent performance and music. U got skill!

  • WOW sounds good

    GOD Bless you

  • that was awsome

  • at 1:52 into it, you drop in a "housey" style rhythm on the hats - it doesn't match the synthline.

  • you sound like one of those cyber-elctro-grind bands.... but a very good one

  • WTF IS THAT, some crazy shit, nice

  • different.........

  • Very nice!

  • For the delay rolls, you just set the delay time to BPM synced and set the time to very short. And you just give it depth when you want it to roll.

As for the EA-1, the green is the mkII, and the silver and blue one is the first version. Thanks for watching!

  • Thanks dude, hopefully im gettin an ea-1 tomorrow and iv got some pretty cool ideas for tunes.

btw I didnt realise you were the one that did that APX cover aswell, thought it was better than the origional version.

  • That wuz pretty cool dude, one of the better examples iv seen of both the electribes being used together.

Iv got a few questions for ya.

first how do you do that delay thing with the snare iv tried a few settings but i cant get it to sound right

and secondly iv seen a few different colours of the

E-A1 the ones in the UK are Blue but elsewhere iv seen em green like yours....is there a difference?

keep making tunes and post some more.
