i bought a SAMSUNG CLP 325 LASER PRINTER last april 3, 2011, guess what, i brought it to sevice center, may 17, 2011 for printout defects, until now, it's July, the printout still sucks, technician there told me yesterday, that he received 3 more CLP 325 laser printer, still under warranty, meaning the printer is still new, and having problems, he dont know how to troubleshoot those printers, thats how samsung clp 325 LAST, ONE MONTH!!!!, a waste of money, i should have bought HP instead,

You can only push it right in (for storage) when empty. Paper tray - Samsung 325

BEcause the paper has to line up with the drawing-out mechanism/platters.
