well, she executed her three axels very well but all her other jumps had bad landings. she almost fell. she was also skating on the ice backwards and she almost fell then too. its a small mistake but for a pro that is really bad. mao also missed a triple flip. she did a single flip. she also lacked emotion and artistry. so for her to break a 200 and get a 205 is crazy. i think that all the skaters in the top 3 were given extra points but ecsp. mao asada. i though her SP was really good though.
LOL no i am not a professional skater. i actually didn't skate once since i was a little child. i never took lessons but i really love skating, i watch all the videos online of people who i think are great. i think mao asada is great as well but i really love yuna kim. i think she is the best skater in the history of the world.
she looks happy back then. She should've stayed in the states training there with American coach(whose name I forgot). She and Tarasova is just a miss match. Asada used to have such a cute and youthful energy and she lost it now since she's been training under Tarasova
i'm korean too & i dont think her coach is good enough for her... they seemed to have made the wrong choice this time cos mao's new program is REALLY complicated with alot of hard spins. they should have saved that for later so she had more practice with it. the preparation was a bit too rushed..
i like both yuna & mao and their both rly talented :)

Cheating skaters like Mao should be banned from all competitions.
She is a disgrace for all the other honest jumpers.Miki Ando spent half of the season to fix her wrong -edged jumps.But Mao did not even try.
She has been cheating judges with two-foot landing, wrong edge take off, pre-rotation and under-rotation all the time.
Judges should not be fooled by this japanese girl.

伊藤みどり選手のおかげでフィギュアスケートのファンになったのですが、それ以降好きな選手が現れなかった・・・。
でも浅田真央選手が生まれて本当に感謝しています。真央選手が心の支えです。感動するスケーティングをいつもありがとう！

she looks happy back then. She should've stayed in the states training there with American coach(whose name I forgot). She and Tarasova is just a miss match. Asada used to have such a cute and youthful energy and she lost it now since she's been training under Tarasova

Yuna and Mao...
Both of them work very hard, and show great performances for us.
If people don't blame any of them and just appreciate, they will be able to show better performances without being worried about criticism.
They both are beautiful and gifted.
I only want to praise them to the skies and appreciate for what they have shown us.
Why should we always compare and criticize? Why can't we just appreciate?
Anyway, Mao looks very confident and beautiful in this performance.

Well... I'm a Korean.
Why does nationality matter here?
This is a beautiful program, and Mao looks really cute.
My favorite skaters are Yuna and Mao. They both are great, and they got better and better because of each other.
They both are very talented, and they work really hard for good program. No one of them deserves criticism.
I only hope Mao finds a better coach. She has great talent, but her current coach doesn't seem to be good enough for her.

yeah i agree with u.
i'm korean too & i dont think her coach is good enough for her... they seemed to have made the wrong choice this time cos mao's new program is REALLY complicated with alot of hard spins. they should have saved that for later so she had more practice with it. the preparation was a bit too rushed..
i like both yuna & mao and their both rly talented :)
