  • Got the charisma already. You are going places, young one.

  • He's well spoken and clearly knows what he's doing. TV should have young people like this on rather than those who commit crimes.

  • I wish i had a daughter like her. just fantastic!! I predict a great future for this young charming lady!!

  • cook veg first then shrimp

  • awww so cute lol

  • Very easy and taste delicious but I think she could Speak Spanish! anyway I love it

  • i couldn't find Parmesan at the grocery today so i bought mozzarella cheese so is okay i use mozzarella instead of parmesan? and can i use flour instead of cornstarch?

  • @DesiGuRl13 Parmesan cheese is naturally salty and it isn't as stringy as mozz when its melted. A good substitute for Parmesan is Romano cheese. Corn starch helps to make things thicker, luckily, so does flour. You need to be careful when using flour in a sauce, however, because if you do not cook it, it will taste like raw flour—not appetizing. If you'd like to use flour to thicken a sauce, make a roux (pronounced roo) and add it bit by bit. Search "roux" online for recipes! :D

  • love this :)

  • do i really have to use cornstarch or flour?

  • @bitchiteen nooo(:

  • "bright and pretty" that's exactly what I said to you!

  • this is not an Italian recipe!

Pasta Alfredo doesn't exist in Italy, it's an American invention!

  • Chef-BOY-Ardee

You're fantastic, keep it up, you're gonna be a star!!!!!!!

  • thanks a lot

  • nice i cant even use the stove!! only the microwave lol

  • @xpoptart158xkathyx pfff you can use the microwave? I still cant =(

  • I like how confident and professional you are, you don't even need to measure the contents! Keep up the good work.

  • That's pronounced "Pen-ay" pasta darling... It looks great though!

  • She is a very experienced cook. I saw the cornstarch she was adding it looked dry and it scared me at first, but then I noticed she had it mixed in with cold water before adding it to the sauce... That's a very vital step as the cornstarch will lump if in contact directly with hot liquid... Smart girl!

  • Muy bueno, gracias!!!

  • why don't you put shrimp before u put in whipping cream, then cheese.it will tastes the same.

  • your so cute :)

  • this kid is great...next top chef lol

  • Thank you chef Lupita for cooking the Alfredo Pasta my favorite you are amazing keep those recipes comeing !!!! I LOVE YOU!!!

  • i recommend olive oil, it gives it a nice flavor.Yes the penne pasta was cooked, well not fully cooked. i cooked it halfway so when i add it to the shrimp and veggies , its like finishing it off.And no, this recipe is not for one person its enough for a family, the sauce and other stuff is fine just double the pasta and shrimp and your good to go! p.s thanks i will!

  • is the garlic in butter or sumthing??? n canyou cook the shrimp with butter???

  • Yes,you can use butter for the shrimp.Garlic gives anything a nice flavor

  • Very Impressive Chef Lupita. I do have a couple of questions for you, first i'd like to know, what kind of oil do you recommend? second, was the penne pasta previously cooked when you added to the other stuff? last but not least, is this a recipe for one person only?

    Keep up the good work!!!

I'm proud of you Chef Lupita.
