  • What size is that 3 blade prop you have running in that bird! Thinking of doing the same on my warbirds as soon as my engines come in.

  • Love to watch this video. I have the Kyosho P40 with same engine which flies just amazing with great sound from the Saito. The 190 and 109 are on my bench just waiting for their Saito 82's to come in,which hopefully be in a few days. Great videos! Kyosho's make some really nice warbirds!

  • Song: Bad Boys Running Wild - Scorpians

  • @sprayframe Scorpions are great, listened to them for 25 years now, awesome band.

  • Your videos are the some of the best. What type of camera do you use to shoot these awesome videos? Great flying with a great flying warbird, I love watching all your videos, especially all the warbirds.

  • @MrJncblas sorry just going through old comments and noticed I hadn't replkied to this one. I use a Sony HDR-SR11 Thanks very much for watching, and commenting.

  • I picked one up a few months ago great plane I fly mine with a Magnum .52 2c It fits completly in the cowl with a pitts only had to make small holes for glow pug and muffler tubes

  • Right on, that's cool. Thanks for watching, and check out some of the newest stuff in perfect HD. 100's of awesome RC vids

  • The gear on the Kyosho 190 does fold in the correct direction. I don't know every where is getting the idea that it doesn't from.

  • Thanks for watching, just armchair pilots, that's all lol

  • Deadly sexy bird! I have the Me-109 VQ model that flies just as nice. Your landing was quick so I did not think you flip that flaps down. The scale retracts should fold OUTWARD. Nicest video shows. Keep up good works!!

  • Real ones the gear went outwards?? Weird that Kyosho would screw it up, thanks anyways. Lots of great HD stuff just up too, including a kit Fockewulf with working exhaust stacks. Check that out

  • The main gear on the 190 folded inwards toward the fuselage not outward.

  • you may be thinking of the 109

  • Nice Butscher Bird. Really funny Music selection... Krautrock of my hometown...

  • i will buy this plane soon its awesome and looks great :)... what motor is this one?

  • This one has a Saito 82 four stroke in it, works great on that, and good sound too, or an OS55 would work great too

    Thanks for watching

  • Hey Norm,

that pilot is awsome!!!Im searching the whole net for it, cant find it.Where can I get it???I got the same plane, but no pilot yet...

  • The pilot is made by slimline...search for that and you should come up with something...Norm.

  • Great plane, well edited and filmed video. A+. So often with RC flight vids you get just a load of sky - or some joker messing around with the plane on the ground.

I am pleased I've bought this kit but yet to build it up. What engine and retract servo did you use? Do you find the flaps any use, and where's the Cof G relative to the instructions? Thanks Norm, Steve

  • Thanks very much, I did the filming and editing. I know what you mean about RC vids, they normally are a black speck in the sky, that fly by once in a while. All my vids have decent slo mo passes, some nice higher work and the best shots I've seen on youtube. I've asked Norm to respond to your questions about the CG and retracts, but I beleive the engine was a Saito 100. Thanks for watching, and check out some of the newest stuff in HD. Best of 08 videos are up right now

  • Wow - Saito 100 seems a bit non-scale overpower to me! Still that's what the throttle's for I suppose. But bigger engine = more forward CofG and bigger tank, greater wing loading...etc. I've seen them largely with 56-72 4 strokes.

  • dont' think it's a72, maybe 82, He'll tell ya the real deal. 4 stroke is so nice in warbirds though, not that high pitched of a two stroke

  • Hi Steve...the engine is a saito .82 a bit over powered, but it can save you in an emergency! The cog is bang on recomended spot with no extra weight added. The retract servo is a JR 791 260oz of torque at 4.8 volts...I wouldn't use anything else! Glad you enjoyed the vid,it is one of my favs...Norm.

  • Nice plane again Norm. Wish I was there.

    Chipper

  • Hi Guys. Nice flight Norm, nice filming wardy!

Just finishing a CMPro Super Chippy with a 160 twin (something different) will post vid soon. One day I'm gonna come over and meet you guys. Regards, Gary.

  • Sounds great Gary...come over any time...and fly! Can't wait to see the twin!I'm making a nice tailweel steering piece for the stuka on the C.N.C. ...I'll make 2 and send you one! I'll let you know when there done...later eh...Norm

  • because they are german

  • hey, someone figured it out. Thanks for watching

  • Oh my gosh you guys got the best stuff, pro quality! I want one. Great job!

  • Cool plane eh, detail is excellent on Kyosho stuff, not that pricey either, under $200 I think for just the plane. Thanks for watching

  • Another great Ronin picture production! The Focke Wulf is a great flyer! Love that trailer at the end...finishes a video off nicely!

  • Thanks man, great flyin, the plane sure looks cool up there, specially the home made Nazi Boy Decals lol
