tony koussa...geez, what can you say? the guy plays everything and all great. Everyone has the right to be good at something, but he abuses the privelege.
I didn't know you had already experienced him. Yes, he can definitely wail. I always thought that he should be on a national tour with Steely Dan or somebody cool like that. He actually looks like Jon Herrington a little (from Steely Dan touring band)now that you come to think of it. But he is very talented, and knows so, so much about guitars, amps, speakers etc. Just a great guy all around.
Clark is smokin' man! I haven't heard this song since the Blues Brothers covered it on the "Briefcase Full Of Blues Album". You guys have it going on in Cleveland. The music scene in the Carolinas is total crap compared to this.
glad you liked it. You should hear Clark play SRV stuff....he absolutely nails it. This night ,when this video was shot was just a total jam....we never even tried this song together before, but it was just pure joy to play with guys that you respect and admire. I can't tell you how much fun I had that night. Keep playing, Mowac and thanks for posting
that is Herb Pruit on bass, Spider Alan on drums and Leroy Markish on rhythm guitar. Tony absolutley smoked this sax solo. I had a blast playing with him this night, and it was a great pleasure to see Clark again. He plays blues down in the Carolinas now and came here for a surprise visit. A great guitarist and a great friend. Hope you all enjoy this video.
