  • I did absolutley nothing else to this van with this hho unit. We have found that newer vehicles most often require some computer manipulation such as efie, map/maf sensors manipulation to allow the lean exhaust gas produced from the burned hydrogen and oxygen. The electrolizer in this video produces only 250 ml per minute of hho. We have units that produce over 1 ltr per minute @ 11 amps, but would reuire I use an efie.

  • hho generator only gets you 50%?

didnt u have to adjust your engine to run leaner?

how about pcv o2 map/maf enhancers fuel heaters and diff shits?

i do many researches lately and i am really confused what kid to choose. So if it so easy i would like to know something more about your generator. I have 2000 grand caravan 3.3

  • I was not getting the increase during the winter months due to the freeze. However things have been working well all summer. The key is to not overproduce the HHO. The system on this vehicle is only producing 200 mls per minute.

  • Hi again , I was wondering if you are still getting the increase in mileage with no electronic manipulation. with the hho plummeb into the intake?did the adaptive memory take over and lose the gains. still trying- savalais

  • You might have already done this but from all that I have learned about these set-ups, ya might want to consider adding a bubbler in between your HHO generator and your intake port. I am sure you are never expecting your Caravan to back-fire, but if it ever did, that flam would follow back to the generator and with how air tight it looks like you made that one, it would be like having a bomb go off under your hood.

  • are you still getting the increase in mileage? how long time or miles? I have a 4 cylinder 2.4l and am trying your no manipulation method. some say the computer will take over and you will lose your increase. did this happen to you and what did you do to overcome it.

  • I am still getting, on average, 50% better fuel mileage than before the HHO unit was installed. I think where many run into the problem with the computer is (1) they run it into the manifold (2) they sometimes think that more is better. Our units are putting out, on average, 200 mL per minute. Plumbed into the air intake has gotten us great results and we have over a dozen sold as of now. Good luck to you.

  • well you have one thing good over me in my van. your 3.0 engine does not have waste spark.

my van got into the 38 mpg range for about 2 weeks untill my adaptive memory killed it

my van went into default mode becuse the oxygen senser was'nt doing what the computer

thought it should.after the loss of mpg i stopped using my cell's and now my van is currently doing about 25 mpg without anything else.good luck and happy h.h.o'ing.

  • A 98 caravan 3.3 only gets 16 mpg in the city.

  • that van should get 25 miles per gallon

normaly. sounds like your engine was not running correctly before you started the testing of the hho.

my 93 caravan gets 25-28 normily.

  • The advertised mpg is 17/23 respectfully. Remember to put into account the alchol that is added to most gasolines (usually 10%) which drops your mpg. The increase in mpg came after adding the HHO to it, no other changes where done. As I fine tune the vehicle, I fully expect to increase my mileage even more.

  • The engine has no electronic manipulation devices. I believe that it works without them because we are not plumbing the HHO directly into the manifold.

  • Can you give more details on the car - what is the model of the car, engine litters, is the O2 sensor manipulated somehow?

  • Can you tell us how your internal electrical plates are made? Or is there a construction instructional site with a link you could post?

  • We have learned from several others so I can not direct to one instructional site. We use 16 gauge stainless and are spaced 1/8" appart. We custom build units to fit the vehicle and then configure the plates accordinly.
