  • Все понятно ;) I all understand.

  • Super !! :)

  • pakaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa

  • Hi . I may be wrong, but there wasn't very much "Past Perfect" in this piece, given that it is called by that name. Could it be a case of not seeing the wood for the trees? The interviewer's questions might have prompted "Past Perfect" answers, or maybe that wouldn't have seemed natural enough, I don't know. The indicative flash on screen is a good device, but I was left wanting more .Just a thought!

  • where i live here it sucks:( luck is i moving to england:D

  • I really liked your lessons How said our friend in the Comment Depends of Students Level to understand the Conversation. If you didin t understand go back and make a previous lesson. Stuped !!!!

  • Im Spanish, thank you very much indeed, i think this is the best english course i ve ever made, and its free, different accents british, US, Brasilian, french people, i would like to say you, that in Spain the Majority of the Companies ask you to speak english to work with them

  • Wtf is this ???

  • Your videos are fantastic, thanks!

  • she is very attractive ... very , very ...

  • @mathewanumate yes. i liked how she laughed at being asked what is she going to do tonight.

  • Video is good for the practice of listening and learning English

I benefited a lot from him

    Thank you

  • Great!

  • My God! I can understand it!!!!! To the hell the British English!!!

  • Excuse me,

I want to say ...All your work....

  • Without subtitles majority of these lessons are sterile!

    Paul!

  • I am all alone on the Real English project except when friends help me with the filming. Haven't had time to do the Subtitles for this one, but you have the VIDEO TRANSCRIPT on the Real English site.

  • I hope I didn't offense you.

Frankly speaking, I''m happy to be your friend,

All your is very good and must be excellent to be useful for non native people like me.

    I shall be back soon!

    Let's be friends, Paul!

  • You did not offend me. I did not take offense. It's good to exchange ideas.

  • @paulistrate Actually, I love they don't have subtitles. In my opinion, students should understand what they hear, they should be able to manage "real English". I guess it depends on the level of your students.

  • @paulistrate If there were subtitles on all of the videos people wouldn't put the effort into listening that is required when learning a language. Always having subtitles will inhibit your comprehension skills. They are good for checking afterwards that you have understood otherwise you should try to avoid them. By the way, saying that the video was 'sterile' was very rude. You should delete that comment.

  • @paulistrate well that's kinda the idea, you'll never learn engish if you read the subtitles

  • @paulistrate I love these videos... they have made a huge difference in my listening classes!

  • nice vids but 'What have you been doing' is NOT Present Perfect!

  • I believe it's called more accurately The Present Perfect Continuous. Is that your point?

  • Wow, I didn't think you would reply. Yes, that was my point.

I like your videos and I use them a lot. It's sometimes nice to show the students other than textbook English.

  • A lot of teachers use the interactive LESSONS about the videos on the the Real English site

Some teachers use them in class and others assign them for homework.

The lessons are easy to find. Just type real english in google - it's the first result at the top.

Then click on "New Lessons". Have fun!

  • @pirinty but he also asks other questions like, "Have you ever been abroad?". It's real English, and in real life people don't talk using just one tense.

  • @yukinomoizefala I'm aware of that. All the other videos practice one particular structure. What I meant that it's confusing for students to use Present Perfect Continuous when they're expecting to practice PP. It was a positively aimed critical statement. Otherwise the vids are great

  • thank you so much for these lessons!!!!

  • So Fun~!

  • As for me I like nice woman which teach people to speak english.

  • You have to do the lessons on the Real English Site Exercise Pages with the videos!

  • This is real English... I've been very keen on it. Thank you everybody.

  • thank you for uploading this video, it can help english student a lot. Especially me, my english isn't good:( for me, listening is the best way of improving my english. Thank you once again.

  • Thanks for the comment!

Also, The lessons on the Real English site are better than my YouTube channel - lots of exercises about the video.

  • i really like this video. i am a student of english so i am teaching my ear, i would have liked with english subtitles, thanks.

  • me gusta el video solo que debe ser un poco mas especifico en cuanto a lo del presente perfecto y en todo, mejor explicado y de ser posible con subtitulos en ingles.

  • That is true, but please write in English here. I assume you are an English-learner (ESL and EFL)?

There is no lesson for this video. Please watch a video WITH a lesson on the Real English site.

  • i wana have wife like this woman..she is so nice

  • i like it thanks

  • That's useful

    Thanks

  • i...... uhh...... just..... don't get it...... . . . i have spoken american english my whole life and i have no idea what this video is trying to convey.... . . . if these are tutorials, then good for you and nicely done, but to be the advocatus diaboli here, why bother with grammer anymore when hip hop has proved it's no longer needed? they run a whole business off of double negatives and superlatives.... whatever a superlative is..... . 5*
  • Hello LordCorinth,

I know what you mean, but I don't agree of course. Hip hop is not my primary educational ressource, it's secondary.

Grammar is secondary, too, but it still counts. The most important part of learning a language imho is LISTENING in meaningful contexts, for example with pictures to convey meaning. That's why there are so many pictures in the lessons and videos on the Real English site.

    Good Luck and Best wishes,

    Mike
