Most go for stock PI heads which can be had for cheap. But they bump up compression to about 10.3-10.4:1 so you need higher octane fuel and it hurts your hopes for any forced induction in the future. If not PI heads i say buy a set of NPI heads (like $30) and have a company port those. Then you can remain at stock compression.
I fabricated it myself. It's a gradual right angle bend unlike other snaking back and forth side pipe kits. Uses to barrel magnaflow magnapack mufflers.

@umcompaq After putting heads/cam/tune on i got +1.5mpg freeway and lost 2 mpg city.

My car doesn't sit low enough to pull off wingless, and if it went lower my exhaust would be history. Not a bad idea though.
