generator defense is on firefight. but their is one in score attack were u have to defend 1 generator and u get unlimited ammo and overshield with high damage resistance.

i think this game needs to have like custom classes. maybe like use your in game points to buy some custom classes and custom gun mods. i hope bungie gets this.

@johndaball custom guns isn't this games style, since you find guns on the map that spawn, it wouldn't work, and custom classes would be unfair, as its obvious what gun is better than what, they do go in a set order, assault rifle is worst, pistol then dmr and so on. Also, if you added that, it would be almost exactly like cod, we need a bit of variety in the gaming world, if it was all the same, it would get boring.

you do realize that we don't pick the weapon we want to bring to battle, the gametype does, and then you pick from what the gametype does.

by the way, dmr snit the best. its easy to take down someone if you know how to work the assault rifle.

Also, why would they allow dual-wielding? what weapon needs dw in reach? none, because the game is pretty well balanced and the only weapons that would actually be ABLE to be dw would be the needler and pistol and they can't for balancing obviously:

pistol: if you could dual wield them it would be stronger than the DMR and that would be stupid, since the pistol can be found anywhere since people drop it when they find power weapons or they'll have it when you kill

needler: then people woiuld cmplain about needles flying everywhere in every game, right now, it's not easy to use since the reticule has to be red for the needles to seek and the enemy will usually jump,sprint or roll out of the way when they get hit by even 1 needle, then you have to aim again and you would usually be dead by then. If there was 2 needlers then you could kill someone in about 3 secs because of the massive amount of needles firing, then everyone else will complain.

i forgot to mention that the spiker could be an option, but really, who would use it? the only reason would be the blade and that's campaign, and to melee you'd drop the 2nd one anyway, so dw is pointless.

dw pistol: Overpowered, it would be stronger than the dmr

dw needlers: Who wants needles flying all over the map? it would make it too easy to kill with the needler (and it kinda already is)

dw spikers: the gun sucks, the spikes are slower than naruto's plot! the only reason you'd use the spiker over the ar is that it has a blade, so dw is useless since you'll be dropping it every 5 secs

So tell me, what exactly do you want it for? besides "the option"
