May I ask why you are all praying? Is it for yourself? Or are you asking for allah to come? I would like to understand, for my worldstudy.Here in holland they pray only when they did to much bad things, and when some one died, and when they are really depressed, I tried ittoo, but I cannot get any connection with why I am there. In ourchurch it is realy boring and depressing you must know.

They are praying for the pleasure of their Lord and your Lord, the Lord of all. They are reciting verses from the Noble Qur'an, a book sent for the guidance of all humanity. Please read the Qur'an so that you can get a better understanding.
