  • too bad you didn't paint the engine bay before putting that pretty engine in...

  • sheet metal to cover the timing belt.... GOTTA USE IT!!!

  • Dont forget to put 1:100 two stroke Oil API TC into the tank for each fill, because thats good for the carbs and the pistons..modern fuel does not take care of the old engine materials!

  • That was a real advanced car for that year. renault was still building thin cans on a sub frame. VW was still bulding the Keefer from WW2. Even the engine got 16 valves I think cos I see a double cam shaft

  • I am going to buy an 82 fiat spyder from a dude for cheap.I got the fiat parts magizine now whats the best way to start a ground up restro, and is there a Fiat group in Spokane WA.

  • wow, what a fun day that must have been.

I was on the edge of my seat waiting for it to fire up.

Not everyone has a support group like that, or car club buddies willing to get thier hands dirty.

I'm gonna get a Spider now!

  • Great job on the video, Ryan! It was a fun day! In case anyone is wondering, the smoke was the freshley painted exhaust manifold 'curing the paint'.
