@HerkemerSeven Great musicianship is not popular with the masses. Most people I know could care less about how talented the musicians are as long as it sounds good to them. The record companies figured that out it's more profitable to feed the masses electronic music and not pay real musicians. I listen to mostly live music searching for that drug that is improvisation. I listen to hours of live music searching for those rare moments where it all comes together like magic.

@HerkemerSeven: I gotta agree w/you my friend. This is my first time hearing the live version of this classic. Jaco Pastorius? Genius for sure. It's stuff like this that the masses seem to forget & only pay homage to when the garbage they listen to becomes too much of a nuisance to listen to. I'm diggin' this though for sure.
