there's a huge different in doing fran w/ 95lbs in under 3 minutes and doing fran w/ 135lbs in over 5 minutes. They are both effective, just works on different kind of strength
hey, nice time man, just work on pushing away from the bar and letting your body drop down on those pullups... if you resist it, it will make it harder.. you can drop 20sec easy by doing this.

@scfootball43 Dude i've been doing CF for three years, my PR in fran is 3:20, heavy fran(135lbs+chest to bar pull-ups) is 4:47.
You should always try to do more than the prescribed weight, bro.
