  • I've found that walking and eating less is the key for me, I've tried it all and this seems to be the only thing that has worked. Make sure you eat a nice breakfast very important. 3 meals and 2 snacks avoid the sugary stuff as much as possible, but treat yourself every now and then. Ok recap walk 30 mins or more a day, eat 3 meals and 2 snacks lots of water, I'm losing anywhere from 1/2 to 2 pounds a week.

  • I agree you should eat less and move more but that is not all there is to it.Sometimes people cannot recognize when they are truly full. I used to be ravenous all the time until I discovered some great tips. As an appetite surpressant I carry unsalted nuts to stave off hunger.I just need to eat maybe two or three walnuts between meals and I feel my blood sugar level rise, I swear it works like a charm. Also I drink green tea, it really curbs my hunger.

Healthy Food Choices - are Food as Grown and not process, avoid sugary products, crinkly packages,fatty food snacks. "You have to eat to loose weight" but eat the food as grown"... and you will see results ...

  • Reduce calories and walk.

    This costs nothing. It will even save you money. No Jenny Craig or WeightWatchers costs/fees. Do not buy any pre-made foods. Buy the food in it's rawest form.

    The only reason people are overweight is psychological.

    Diets are for fools; for when they are 'over', people just end up going back to their bad eating habits. You have to change your eating habits forever.

  • drink 2 glass of water everyday eat in small portion and excersise watch the weight fly off

  • all you have to do is drink a glass full of watcer before you eat... so simple. i lost around 10 pounds in a month by just doing that.
