the work relationship between coach and athlete is important. i still remember the lessons my coach instilled in me when i started sports. he pulled me aside and reassured me of what i could achieve if i went for it. he understood my psyche and saw the chip on my shoulder and transformed me into a mean competitor when i played. his doing that has set the pace for how i train and compete. all my coaches/trainers gave me somthing to use when i fight/compete
