I play irish whistle ! It's nice to see that i'm not the only one who play that. hahaha. My father is irish and he given me one of it from ireland. It's almost like a classic flute but it sounds waaaay better ! I think irish whistle is the most beautiful flute ever.

Just for clarification, Andrea plays a tin whistle, not a flute. And the instrument Caroline plays is called a bodhrán. It's an Irish drum played with both hands. The cipín, or tipper, is used with one hand to strike the drumhead, while you use an open hand on the inside to control the pitch & tonal quality by applying various amounts of pressure & also the surface area being played. The tipper can be one or two-headed depending on style of play. Caroline is using a two-headed tipper.

Love this song. I wish they'd make another record together. I just found out about this band 2 weeks ago and have been listening every day since then. I heard some of their songs in the 90s but didn't know who they were. It reminds of the first time I heard Led Zeppelin or The Who, but more enjoyable and wholesome. It kind of reaches out and grabs you, doesn't it?

It is good to see and hear Caroline show her gift as a percussionist while playing the bodhran in for this tune. She can also play a kit as well as any man ever could, and that despite she's a petite lass. I know she isn't the most glamorous of the sisters, but she's a fine musician of the celtic tradition and the lads have it she's a really nice person in person.
