"wa" and "ha" are the same thing in Japanese, so:

Boku HA Tomodachi GA SukuNAI.

That's where Haganai comes from. It's a shorter way of saying the full title. I guess Funimation just went with it for simplicity, plus I think it's called Haganai more often in Japan as well.

@TheJacoby14 ... What? No! Head-casting is sort of picturing who you think would work out as the voice for characters in the show before an actual cast is actually announced formally. For example, I can picture either Johnny Yong Bosch or Micah Solusod voicing Kodaka.

Heh, besides, I don't think I'm talented enough to be a voice actor at this stage of my life. Hell, I don't even work for Funimation. I'd be in something similar to Heaven if I did (lol :P).

I love this series, so far. Reminds me a little bit of "Haruhi Suzumiya" in the storyline, but it's got enough of a twist not to make it a blatant remake. I'll be watching. =_P

Having been through the first eight episodes, I actually agree with you. Other than the club scenario, it really isn't Haruhi, and I don't want to give that impression. Thanks for your input!

And I am kind of jones for something knew after finishing "B Gata H Kei Yamada’s First Time" on funimation on demmand(comcast cable). That was good. not many animes like this get like that one.

im liking it. though I really like animes where a guy and girl become a couple and do more then kiss when the series is over. Just more realistic that way. Saddly though outside of hentai those are not very many.
