No. Because it only has a 3 or 4 thousand GPH pump (gallons per hour). The enitre pond is filtered once every 30-45 minutes or so.

Yes. Buy your products in the winter time. Retailers, like myself, always have killer packages in the off season that are commonly less than half of the cost in season. Check out Pond Market...
