Yeah, there are actually 3 (Japan-only) PS1 games and 2 (Japan-only) PS2 games for PopoloCrois, with the PSP game being a (half-assed) remake of the first and last PS1 game (I like the PSP game, I really do, but it really is SO bad compared to the originals!) - and this anime is a retelling of the story from the two PS2 games, which take place 15 years after the end of the last PS1 game (which is also the end of the PSP game).

One thing I know that in the English PSP game, they don't go very far. They don't go to when Narcia and Pietro's son is born.

"Traumelai" by Rurutia. Ending theme is also by Rurutia, and is called "Tsuki Sen'ichi-ya" (Moon 1001 Nights).

That was just Guilda being overprotective of Narcia anyway - there's not actually any rule against forest witches and humans getting married. And Narcia's not actually a forest witch, either!

According to one of the PopoloCrois art books I have, Paulo and Sania have retired, and are living together in the land of the dragons. This is never mentioned in the games or in this anime series, though.
