Started mine today, I don't eat the bacon. But I eat everything else. But...I walk a lot and I have a smart phone so I do some exercise at home after jogging or power walking. Keep us posted! Please!
Hey MissChriss, this diet really works but it's not as easy as it sounds. I wanna have a glass of wine right now..lol. It's a quick fix but you can continue to eat healthy after you come off of it for weight control. Thank for watching hun. I stay tuned to your make up tutorials...hot issh ;)
