I got a 1997 Yamaha BigBear its green. Before I bought it (For like 50 bucks) The front end was torn off and it sat for about 4-5 years. Right after I bought it I got right into it. I cleaned the carb and gas tank and it fired right up. Later I had to replace the needle valve and the seat. But it runs great got a new breather hose switch and key comin in lol its been through hell
@96muddog Truthfully I don't know because my friend got me it for my birthday. The only thing I know is that is was about 20 bucks, and the manufacturer is Sterns.
Awesome quad man! Yamaha's rivaling quad to the Suzuki QuadRunner 4WD (which I have myself). I have the same seat cover, love it. I reprayed the bars on mine a couple times first I did a gloss black like what you have on there, unfortunately it came off after I strapped a couple things on to them, so I re-did them with rubberized black paint and it looks awesome and feels pretty cool asn't come off yet. I also tried those grips, ended up throwing them out for renthal dual compounds

Gee i remember when dad brought home our 2 brand new Big Bears (Blue) when i was a kid. The memories! It's good to see ours is in such good shape.

@thatscool9 I have no idea because the odometer goes to 999.9 miles and then back to zero. All I know is that this machine has many many miles.
