Here, they want to ship you out as soon as the insurance company doesn't want to pay for you, which is typically as soon as you're deemed to not be a danger to yourself or others. Even Inpatient/Outpatient treatment isn't quite that lenient, and it allows you to go home either every day or on the weekends (depending on the program and your progress.) They used to allow such in earlier times, but not anymore.

Actually, this is part of a mental hospital. And it is also student housing. The school rents it from the hospital. But no one is living there anymore :( While we were living there (at the time this video was made) we made the national news in Sweden for being the worst dorm in all of Sweden xD
