Never up your dose during the trip. I constantly do that and forget that I JUST took more. Did 2.5 grams in like an hour at about 125lb, thought I'd only had around 700mg. DPH is crazy.

@Runningjoels On the trip I kept forgetting what I was doing or saying, at one point I thought I was still in the city waiting for the bus although I was at home since like 8 hours lol. I thought I came home with a friend, he was next to me. When I hallucinated some other friends I was like, "Hey dude, I'm having hallucinations, how bout you? - " turned to him and he wasn't there lol. i think what happened was we did it the night before as we did a lot of nights, but we realized how ridiculous and shitty it was. so we made this video as kind of a reminder to not do it again lol and for other people to know what its really like.
First time round I took 800mgs. It gave me an anxiety attack, I started to force my self vomiting to get whatever I could out. Then I blacked out woke up the next morning hallucinating that had an early start at work. After seeing an hours worth of flys and a Mexican Wave of spider legs around my monitor. I came to my senses that I played with EVERYTHING in sight during the blackout and that I hadn't been caught tripping balls.

Be prepared to see what can be the most intense or scary hallucinations in your life. Stay in control, look at what's terrifying and realize it's not REAL. Do this and you can trip nicely!

Hahahaha, this is so accurate for low to average (100 to 600mg in my case) doses. Of course, if they make a video for higher doses (600+), they'll need to make sure to include the hallucinations of, as I've learned they are called, shadow people. Google them if you want, it's interesting stuff.

personally i like to trip on Diphenhydramine with DXM, i always mix them both together when i wanna trip lol i dunno i just think it makes the trip a whole lot better in my opinion

Its a drug that has a learning curve. You have to know what to do and what not to do to make it remotely enjoyable. Like drink plenty of water, don't fall asleep... don't pay attention to the head that sprouted from the side of your head that talks of how you won't amount to anything in this life besides running after the dollar bills with bird legs... minor important things to know.

ive been addicted to benadryl for over a year now i take about 30-40 25mg pills a day and i cant stop wanting to trip and its a very bad high after the first 20 minutes of it kicking it ive had some scary and weird trips and ik how u to feel to fucked up to even talk to each other haha...dont benny trip!

i took 30 unisom pm with 50mg in each pill. i was so fucked up. i was walking to my house thinking all my friends were with me, and no1 was even there. and halfway there when i was walking down the street i stopped. and sat there staring at a pole for abour 30 minutes. i got addicted took over 200+ unisom pills in all and like 500+ dramamine pills. GG brain. all the times though, were HELLA fun.

There was spiders, talking to peopl that's wren't there (im tripping on this 250mg) very hard for me to communicate and type now, i feel dehydrated and drunk and buzzed. i had 1 gram to a point looong time ago, the scariest weirdest shit ever very interesin I have quite a couple stories of what hapenp hapened it's hard to fucking chase the door knobs... this stuff is reaaally strong, kind of like that movei shutterisland fua=ck

It didn't seem like you guys were on Diph... however pretty cool video, the way you were sitting in the chair portrays what it's like to be fucked on Diph. I ALWAYS have a good time on this, but a lot of people do not recommend it for recreational use... everyone is different and you have to find out for yourself, start with a LOW dose... like 100-150mg and see what happens. I do 400-450 and trip BALLS. have fun but be SAFE AND RESPONSIBLE

@Runningjoels On the trip I kept forgetting what I was doing or saying, at one point I thought I was still in the city waiting for the bus although I was at home since like 8 hours lol. I thought I came home with a friend, he was next to me. When I hallucinated some other friends I was like, "Hey dude, I'm having hallucinations, how bout you? - " turned to him and he wasn't there lol. But alltogether it was pretty fun, no spiders or anything but it is important to DRINK COFFE. :)

Too the best way to get high on this is unisom it's a light sleeping aud u can buy at publix or walgreensits 50 grams of diphen and you only need to take 4 it's the most chill high you can get . it might make you slur ur words tho

400mg and up see spiders, people, hear voices/noises, anxiety attacks...etc
For me I stick around the 200 - 400mg, I like the body/drunk high it gives you. Anything more is just not fun.

First time round I took 800mgs. It gave me an anxiety attack, I started to force my self vomiting to get whatever I could out. Then I blacked out woke up the next morning hallucinating that had an early start at work. After seeing an hours worth of flys and a Mexican Wave of spider legs around my monitor. I came to my senses that I played with EVERYTHING in sight during the blackout and that I hadn't been caught tripping balls.

The trip can be amazing if you're both prepared mentally and physically for the effects. You're going to be thirsty so have refreshing beverages readily available. You're going to feel really heavy so have comfortable seats to sit on. Don't lay down in bed or you'll risk passing out and wasting the trip. Be prepared to see what can be the most intense or scary hallucinations in your life. Stay in control, look at what's terrifying and realize it's not REAL. Do this and you can trip nicely!

@myspacecomrogiie thats a load of shit , theres practically no comedown off DPH , just a day or so afterglow of mild hallucinations and if anything you just ease into a sober state. I didnt feel dehydrated at all when I was on DPH and the scaryness of it really interested me. just dont overdo it , space it each trip over a few weeks and you should be fine. quite enjoyed it , would definitely do it again.
