I read in the 09.28.09 edition of Sports Illustrated where Timmy, allegedly, grabbed a womans video camera & threw it on the rooftop of a building. In the U.S. the law sez u can record / capture anyone WITHOUT permission on public property (Federal law / 1st Ammendment). Did he pay for her camera & was he charged with a crime? a few of my friends know chang and i've hung out with him once. to be quite honest.. his head is a box of rocks. decent college system qb, but definitely not pro material. i've also hung out with colt brennan, and the difference between the two is surprising. brennan is genuinely nice, down to earth and a class act, i hope the best for him and his career with the skins.

No. He set the record because Hawaii threw the ball 73% of the time, he also set the All-Time interception record at 80 in his career, he was terribly inaccurate, and his footwork sucked, and he played in a sub-par conference.

Ty Detmer was much better, he set the previous record in a system that threw the ball 53% of the time.

The NFL did, he went through 3 different NFL teams before he got cut and ended playing in the CFL. Even playing in Canada, he hasn't deliver any outstanding performance, actually he is kind of bad. So, pro-football has given him a lot of chances, he's probably not born to be a pro-football player.

He just mentioned Chad Owens and it happens that I'm watching the NY Dragons vs CO Crush AFL game. The NFL also gave Owens many chances, he caused the Jaguars to lose an important game against the Colts. They cut him but they recruited him back (to give him a second chance) but again, he screwed up... and ended up in the AFL. At least Chad Owens is pretty good playing Arena Football. Maybe in a near future, a NFL franchise might recruit him back.

what are the chances that a player will be a star at his highschool, star at division 1 college, and make it to a pro football league while making tons of money? sure he's not a big name player in the pro's but hell theres millions of former football players sitting at home cause they weren't good enough to make it to pros if not college or high school in the first place.
