What's up with the old crossing signal placed in the middle of a junction @ 1:05 to 1:09?

@StarWarsTrains I have yet to catch them crossing the bridge yet lol But they have them all over thats for sure. VERY interesting area.

@thaxremix Are they used for warning other trains or pedestrians? I can somewhat tell that they recycled the old crossing signals for use on those busy junctions!
