Initially yes, but a solid mass retains its temperature much better than just air, so having lots of objects in the fridge actually helps keep the interior cool. Plus, cooling an empty fridge is just a waist of power.
But they could say to consume your products 'till the end. That would make a lot of difference, or something about reuse everything you can. It's more plausible than other things... for exemple, paper uses a lot of energy to make, but still being a renewable midia. A plastic box not, and uses a lot of energy too haha. So, use cellphone instead paper, but don't buy another cellphone untill your old one be broken. That's the most conscious way to live. Reduce your consumism..
@clanangus paper uses a lot of water to make AND recycle that was the point, causes more pollution than plastic but really taking your own bag solves both problems...btw the video is done so thanks for the input

@ChrisNolandTV 人それぞれ感じ方は違うと思うけど、面白く(ふざけた感じで)伝えるメッセージでは無いと思ったから、コメントしました。この出演者達の動画は面白いのかもしれません。でも、それを知らないで初めてこの震災へのメッセージ動画を見た人は不快を感じる事があると言う事です。まぁー5日間でNEXT UPに選ばれた人の寄せ集めで作った物だから仕方ないとも思いましたが…。どの動画もそうですが、YouTubeと一緒に作った割には適当な仕上がりですよね。５日間で作らせたYouTubeが悪いと思うけど。
