It is M16A3 - it doesn't have front RIS rails

M16A4 have two versions. One are with rails and anothers are without rails.

@gungitube It is not two, just one version with external update. You can update an M16A4 like an M4, while A2 can't.

@gungitube the one without Rails is called M16A3 if it's military issue, but the biggest difference is A3 is Safe- Semi auto- full auto and the A4 is SAFE- Semi- burst
